Intense speculations were doing rounds that Ram Charan has flagged down the remake of Thani Oruvan's Telugu remake. Setting the record straight sources close to the Magadheera star informed us that the project is in the pipeline and currently director Surender Reddy is busy giving final touches to the Telugu version.

Producer Allu Aravind is set to produce this film under the umbrella of Geetha Arts banner. It is learnt that the film will be launched on February 16 in Hyderabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi and another top hero from Tollywood will be gracing the event as the chief guests, adds a source.

Ram Charan is sporting a new look with a short beard in this action entertainer which has music by Hip Hop Tamizha. The makers are considering Rakshak as the film's title.
