Thani Oruvan was about an honest IPS Officer aspiring to arrest a scientist with an evil background. Now after five years, Mohan Raja has given an interesting update on the sequel of Thani Oruvan which will have him joining hands with his brother Jayam Ravi for the seventh time.

Thani Oruvan completed five years yesterday, and Harish Uthaman, who played an important role in 'Thani Oruvan' thanked the director for making him part of the wonderful film and also asked him about Thani Oruvan 2.
