Director Thangar Bachan who has given some great films like 'Azhagi', 'Onbadhu Roobai Nottu' and 'Pallikoodam' has completed another realistic love story titled as 'Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal'. The film stars Prabhu Deva and Bhoomika in lead roles. 

The film was commenced and completed long back. It should have actually marked the comeback of Prabhu Deva as an actor in Tamil but 'Devi' which was started much later and released in 2016 became the multi-talented dancer's comeback film in Tamil. 

Now 'Kalavadiya Pozudhugal' has got a new leash of life. The makers have announced that the film will be hitting the screens this month (December 2017).

Apart from the lead pair the film also stars Prakash Raj in an important role. Actor Sathyaraj who played the lead role in Thangar's critically acclaimed 'Onbadhu Roobai Nottu' has played an important cameo role in this film. Bharadwaj has provided the music score while Thangar Bachan himself has handled the cinematography.
