Thambi would be a movie which would have an international message, says director Seeman.

Speaking about the film, which is expected to hit theatres soon, Seeman, says, 'My Thambi is about an angry young man who fights hard for non-violence. A revolutionary who resolves to put an end to violence throughout the world'.

On choosing Madhavan for the lead role, Seeman says, 'to be honest. I had no other choice. I narrated the story to several prominent actors. But no one bothered to act in the film. Madhavan was very grateful to act in the movie and his commitment has been amazing'.

Madhavan, who is busy doing Arya, a bilingual produced by Manoj Kumar of Guru Films, hopes to put an end to his dipping career graph an halt with Thambi.

The movie would do well, he opines.
