Thalapathy Vijay's 'Mersal' directed by Atlee is a much anticipated movie of the year for the actor's fans worldwide. The movie will see Vijay donning three distinct roles of a village chief, a doctor and a magician in differing timelines.

Reliable sources say that information regarding the film's teaser may be announced today. Thalapathy's 'Mersal' teaser could be expected to release on Atlee's birthday which falls on September 21.

We will have to wait and see if Vijay's 'Mersal' teaser could contend Vijay's 'Vivegam' teaser which went on to create a global record for a film teaser with the most likes.
