Former chief minister Karunanidhi has been receiving treatment from Cauvery hospital for the past 5 days. There has been improvement in his health over these days constantly.

Also to be noted is that the country's top most senior political leaders, state politicians and even celebrities from the film fraternity are enquiring about his health and visiting his family. Just yesterday Rajinikanth visited the hospital and enquired about his illness.

Now the update is that Thalapathy Vijay has visited the hospital earlier today and enquired about Karunanidhi 's health. Its also worth noting here that the situation at the hospital premises has gotten back to normal.
