We have already brought to you the hot news that Thalapathy Vijay has gone to Los Angeles in connection with the 3D VFX scan for his dual roles in his upcoming movie 'Thalapathy 68'. The director Venkat Prabhu and producer Archana Kalpathi have also accompanied him.
Meanwhile a buzz is gaining precedence in Kollywood that Vijay's representatives have held talks with director Vetrimaaran and sources suggest that it is regarding their planned film together. Vetrimaaran himself has confirmed that he had narrated a line to Vijay and that he is ready to direct him as soon as he gives the green signal. Looks like the time has come now.
It has been reported that Vijay after 'Thalapathy 68' is keen to do a political film that will hold good when he makes his entry into politics in the near future. Now the talk in the industry is that he is very much interested in joining hand with Vetrimaaran. If this buzz turns out to be true then the combo will happen either for 'Thalapathy 69' or at the most 'Thalapathy 70'.
Vetrimaaran is currently directing 'Viduthalai 2' starring Vijay Sethupathi, Soori and Manju Warrier. He is committed to begin shooting for Suriya's 'Vaadivaasal' produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. Vijay on the other hand is awaiting the release of his much hyped gangster flick 'Leo' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj on October 19th. We have to wait and watch how these two highly rated celebrities adjust their schedules for their much awaited combo.
