A surprise awaits Vijay fans as the title and first-look poster of 'Thalapathy 68' is slated to be unveiled on New Year's Eve. It was reported earlier that the upcoming movie is titled 'Boss' or 'Puzzle'. While these unconfirmed titles went super viral, the film's producers took to social media and clarified these reports.

The makers explained that Thalapathy 68 is not titled Boss or Puzzle. Archana Kalpathi wrote on Twitter (X), "Just saw all the updates. Thank you for the love Keep calm and wait for the real one very soon @vp_offl is cooking something special. It is definitely not Boss or Puzzle Happy Morning everyone #Thalapathy68" (sic).

Also, Aishwarya Kalpathi posted that Thalapathy 68's title will be fiery and it's not going to be Boss or Puzzle. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the movie's shooting is going on in Hyderabad. Thalapathy Vijay will soon fly to Turkey and Istanbul for the further schedules of filming. The team is planning to release the film on Thalapathy Vijay's birthday, June 22.
