Thalapathy Vijay's upcoming film, Varisu, is currently progressing at a brisk pace in Hyderabad. But a huge setback for the team has arrived once again as a crucial scene from the movie got leaked online yesterday.

The video portrays Prabhu playing the role of a doctor and actor Sarathkumar who plays Vijay’s father in the film is seen on a stretcher in the hospital. This new video comes as a shock to moviemakers and is reportedly worried about the footage leak from the film.

Earlier, another video was leaked from the sets that revealed Shaam’s character in the film and previously a video was shared from the sets of the film that featured Vijay and Rashmika. To avoid any future mishaps over leaked video and footage from the film set, the movie makers are planning to implement a no-cellphone policy inside the sets of 'Varisu' shooting spots.

Varisu is written and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The film will release in theatres on Diwali 2022 or Sankranti 2023. Apart from Vijay, Rashmika Mandanna, Prakash Raj, Sarathkumar, Shaam, Yogi Babu, Prabhu, Jayasudha, Khushbu, Srikanth and Sangeetha Krish will be seen in crucial roles. Composer S Thaman, editor Praveen KL and cinematographer Karthik Palani form the technical crew.
