Sasikumar starts pre-production for historical film with Thalapathy Vijay?

Director Sasikumar had recently posted an with the text Had a nice meeting with S.S. Rajamouli thank you sir. Speculations have started whether he has joined the multistarrer of Rajamouli's next movie after 'Baahubali 2' starring Junior NTR and Ram Charan Teja.
However, sources reveal that the meeting was actually to discuss about a historical film that Sasikumar is gearing up to begin shooting soon and has sought the advice of Rajamouli. The proposed film script is said to be one that Thalapathy Vijay had liked very much when it was narrated to him a few years back. It is not clear whether it is the same project that Sasikumar is starting now but something big is surely cooking on this front. Do watch this space for any updates on the same.
