Actor Vijay is making an exit from the industry as he has plunged full-fledged into politics with his political party, Tamizhaga Vettri Kazhagam. The family flag, however, continues to fly high in another seventh-generation offspring filmmaker: actor Vijay's son, Jason Sanjay. Jason Sanjay reported a year ago that he took up the script of a movie and made his directorial debut with Lyca Productions' actor Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role.

Recently, Thalapathy Vijay's son, Jason Sanjay, was seen visiting the leading actor, Sivakarthikeyan. This visit has raised expectations and rumours among fans that Sanjay could make a good collaboration making it a significant milestone for a new director in the film industry.
