Thalapathy Vijay fans all over the globe are in celebration mode after catching him on a television interview after a decade or so. Sun TV telecast the much hyped Vijay-Nelson interview that more than lived up to the expectations due to the former's cool composure and the latter's witty questions.

During the interview Nelson asked Vijay when his son Jason Sanjay would act in films and whether he would support him. The mass hero shared an interesting bit of news that popular Malayalam director Alphonse Putheran of 'Premam' fame approached with a boy next door story for Sanjay which impress him a lot.

Vijay added that he liked the story so much that he asked Sanjay to do it but he refused asking for two or three years to make a decision. Sources close to the Vijay family have already shared that the star kid is more interested in behind the camera and has already written and directed short films.

It is said that Jason Sanjay who has studied film technology in Canada is more likely to become a filmmaker and is already writing more than a couple of scripts. At the same time he is also not shy of facing the camera as he has also acted in his own films. Only time will tell if Vijay's son will follow his footsteps and become an actor or a director or both.

Meanwhile Vijay's fans are all charged up to watch the first day first show of 'Beast' directed by Nelson and produced by Sun Pictures releasing on April 13th in two days time. The film has music by Anirudh with Pooja Hegde playing the female lead and Selvaraghavan in a powerful character.
