Lokesh Kanagaraj the most wanted South Indian filmmaker is right now super busy with the promotions of Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo' which is releasing worldwide on October 19th. In one of his interviews he has shared about the awesome reaction of Vijay about his next project 'Thalaivar 171' starring Superstar Rajinikanth.

Loki shared that he wrote the script of 'Thalaivar 171' even before his debut film 'Maanagaram'. At that time one of his close friends was supposed to do the lead role but it didnt happen. He later narrated the same script to Rajini who agreed immediately.

Lokesh also revealed that he narrated the 'Thalaivar 171' script to Thalapathy Vijay during 'Leo' shooting and the mass hero appreciated him by saying that he has never been so impressed by any story within the first ten minutes. Similarly Lokesh also stated that he has met Rajini several times in the recent past and everytime he would enquire about the progress of 'Leo' and encourage him.

In recent times Rajini and Vijay fans are converting the internet into a battle field fighting each other as to who is the bigger star. But according to Lokesh both the senior and the current superstars have mutual understanding and respect towards each other.
