1. The first impression that I got after watching Mersal Teaser is about its uniqueness. Thalapathy Vijay, for the first time in his career, has done 3 totally different roles. His versatility is evident from the 1 minute teaser​ itself.

2. This film is definitely gonna be the next level of Director Atlee. Starting from a love story called Raja Rani, he proved himself with a very big hero and satisfied his fans completely in Theri. And now, he is back again with the same hero and is all set to rock again. Best wishes to you Atlee. While appreciating you, I would like to ask you a million dollar question, "How do you consistently​ deliver and satisfy the audience despite the huge hypes on your films?". Holding pressure and succeeding is not easy!

3. An underrated thing in Mersal Teaser is the brilliant background score of our Musical Hero A.R.Rahman. He has started doing the BG works only very recently but has delivered a splendid musical performance asusual. The background score is very refreshing to the ears. Pay separate attention to it while watching the teaser next time.

4. A very admirable scene in the teaser is the one where Vijay says "Peace Bro". It was really cute and seemed like a simple answer to any kind of problems in our lives. It has every potential to become a 'Trend' among the masses. 

5. The Magic Man Vijay who utters the 'Peace' dialogue. Vijay was very cool in that role. He seems to be doing a lot of magic tricks in the film and as the crew has said in their recent interviews, he has done them all with proper dedicated training. It is gonna be a new experience for the audience to watch that role on the big screen.

6. One thing that impressed me the most is the scene in which Vijay (as a Doctor) walks into an international stage with a number of foreigners clapping hands for him in appreciation. The highlight here is the costume of Vijay. When everyone out there is sitting in a Hi-fi western style costume, Vijay wears a Traditional Veshti Sattai. Adding pride to the Tamil Culture, this scene is going to be a sensation in the film. 

7. There is a shot where Villager Vijay (from the 80s portion) is involved in a fight scene in a movie theatre. Interestingly, the theatre shows an MGR film (Uzhaikkum Karangal) and a gigantic cut-out of the Makkal Thilagam is placed in front of the theatre. Mass response is awaited for this particular scene!

8. For fans, one can confidently say Mersal is going to be a big treat this Diwali. 

9. For a general cinema lover, this film has plenty to offer, which we have witnessed in the teaser. You can expect a pure entertainer in Mersal, with a little message, for sure.
