Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’ team responds to the ‘Naa Ready’ song controversy without any words!

‘Leo’, the Thalapathy Vijay starrer action biggie directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is all set to rule the box office on October 19. Meanwhile, the film landed in a controversy over the recently launched first single “Naa Ready” in Vijay’s voice. The team faced backlash and a police complaint was registered against it for promoting smoking and rowdyism.

There was no response from the production side until last night as the makers added some disclaimers to the visuals of ‘Naa Ready’ song on Youtube. The makers have silently responded to the criticisms with this. It is yet to be seen how the team is going to face the legal issues and whether they will make any changes to the song’s video or audio.

‘Naa Ready’ is composed by Anirudh with vocals by Thalapathy Vijay and Asal Kolaar and has lyrics by Vishnu Edavan. Leo produced by Seven Screen Studio features Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Mathew Thomas, Priya Anand, Sandy and many others. It has cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, editing by Philomin Raj and stunts by Anbariv.
