'Leo' marks the reunion of Thalapathy Vijay with the maverick maker Lokesh Kanagaraj. The movie's shooting kicked off last December and now, it is racing towards the finish line. We already reported that the filming will be entirely wrapped up at the beginning of July month.

According to sources, Thalapathy Vijay is left with just 5-6 days of shooting. There will be a small schedule in Thalakonam, followed by another day of shoot in Chennai. He will finish his portions with this. Leo is produced by Seven Screen Studio and The Route with music by Anirudh. The action biggie is all set to hit the screens on October 19.

On the other hand, Thalapathy Vijay joined forces with director Venkat Prabhu for the first time for 'Thalapathy 68'. The upcoming project is bankrolled by AGS Entertainment with music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. It is reported that Vijay will take a short break and will start shooting for Thalapathy 68 in August, even before Leo's release.
