Thalapathy Vijay's 'Leo' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj hits the screens on October 19. The fate of the early morning shows in Tamil Nadu remains uncertain while the rest of the world is all set to have early premieres. Yesterday, the production house Seven Screen Studio filed a petition in the Madras High Court regarding the same.

The producer's side requested the court to allow a 4 AM show and permit the additional shows to begin at 7 AM instead of 9 AM from October 19 to October 24. Their immediate plea was adjourned to today by Judge Anita Sumanth. Today, she re-examined the plea by Seven Screen Studio and stated her verdict on the matter.

The court ruled that it could not order the government to allow 4 AM of shows for Leo. The film production company was directed to petition the Tamil Nadu government seeking permission to start the screening at 7 AM instead of 9 AM. The Madras High Court ordered the government to consider it. This judgement has heavily disappointed the fans and the movie team.

Reportedly, producer Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio as well as representatives of the Tamil Nadu Theatre Owners Association are directed to appear before the TN Government officials for talks at 4 pm this evening. We have to wait for them to negotiate to arrive at a final decision by this evening.
