The K-town has been full of 'Leo' mania since the kickass trailer debuted. The Thalapathy Vijay starrer is all set to grace the cinemas on October 19. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, it is said to be the most violent film in Vijay's filmography. Now, the movie's runtime is officially revealed.
The UK distributor of 'Leo' announced today that the film cleared the censor process in the country with no cuts. The movie's first half is 1 hour, 13 minutes and 9 seconds long while the second half is 1 hour, 30 minutes and 3 seconds long. The exact runtime of Leo is 2 hours 43 minutes and 12 seconds (163.12 minutes). This is now doing rounds on social media.
The UK distributor earlier informed that Leo will be screened without any cuts for the first few days and then it will be censored again so that the underage audience can consume it. This project is touted to be the biggest film in Vijay's career and it is likely to be released across 30,000 screens across the globe making it the biggest release ever for a Tamil film.
Leo is a star-studded action thriller featuring Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Menon, Sandy, Mysskin, Mathew Thomas, Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan and others. The film releasing on October 19 has music scored by Anirudh with visuals by Manoj Paramahamsa, editing by Philomin Raj and stunts handled by the Anbariv duo.
