According to sources, Leo has minted more than Rs 385 crore before its release, excluding the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights. The action biggie is expected to close its pre-release bizz at around Rs 500 crore. Also, fans believe that Leo has a chance to become the highest-grosser in Tamil cinema. Reportedly, AGS Entertainment is the frontrunner to grab the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights at a record price. The same studio is going to bankroll Thalapathy Vijay in 'Thalapathy 68' directed by Venkat Prabhu next. Leo is said to be the most profitable venture for the production house Seven Screen Studio even before its release. The movie will hit the screens on October 19.
