We already reported that Thalapathy Vijay's mega gangster flick 'Leo' helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is in its final leg of shooting. Now Manoj Paramahamsa, the DOP of the film has released a stunning unboxing video of special equipment for the project on Instagram.
Manoj wrote alongside the video "The most wanted action camera Komodo -X from Red Digital unboxed by the most wanted stunt duo Anbariv. Canât wait to see the action unfolds with this little beast". Thalapathy fans are giving the thumbs up for this latest update.
It is now official that 'Leo' is the first movie in India that will be employing the KOMODO X camera. Red Digital Cinema announced this latest addition to its DSMC3 series on May 16th and the 'Leo' team has shipped to India in just a little over a month. The highlights of this beast is multiplying the frame rates, dynamic range,improved detail and color in shadows, paired with double the frame rates at 6K 80P and 4K 120P. The camera costs around rupees 7 lakhs. Experts say that the action scenes filmed with the Komodo -X will give fans a never before thrill and viewing experience.
'Leo', which is slated to release on October 19th has music by Anirudh and stars Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, Sandy, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Matthew Thomas, Gautham Menon and Action King Arjun. Lalit Kumar is producing this film at a huge cost under his banner Seven Screen Studios.
