One of the many things that impressed Thalapathy Vijay fans was the traditional costume which the actor flaunted in his recent outing in ‘Mersal’. Around the movie’s release, many fans posted an image of themselves dressed upto nines in shirts and dhotis mirroring their favourite star and posted on their social pages.
Now, fans have more reason to be happy as Thalapathy Vijay’s photo has found its way into text books as well. A third grade CBSE textbook has displayed the mass actor’s image next to a description of the Tamil harvest festival Pongal and in reference to the traditional costume worn by men.
No wonder this comes off as a proud and happy moment for his fans. Vijay’s next project is with director A.R.Murugadoss bankrolled by Sun Pictures.
