Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘GOAT’ satellite rights acquired by leading channel for a record price!

The upcoming movie ‘GOAT’, starring Thalapathy Vijay in dual roles, is a special film for multiple reasons. It marks the first collaboration of Vijay and Venkat Prabhu and also brings together the Vijay-Yuvan combo after a long time. Moreover, this will be the actor’s second last film before his political entry.

The film has started the business while the shooting is going on in full swing. Now, it has been reported that Zee Company has acquired the all-India satellite release rights of ‘GOAT’ for a huge amount.

Earlier, Zee bagged the satellite rights of Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Mersal’. After 7 years, the television company has acquired this film’s satellite rights in all Indian languages for a whopping 93 crores. The previous best satellite deals are Vijay’s ‘Leo’ at 73 crores (South India only) and Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2’ at 65 crores (South India only). This news is now going viral.
