Thalapathy Vijay is regularly trending high on social media thanks to the sensations caused by his recent fans meet, 'Varisu' release issue and of course 'Thalapathy 67'. Now yet another hot news has broken out that the Chennai police have fined the superstar for a traffic violation.

According to the reports Vijay travelled to the Pannaiyur fans meet in his black luxury car on November 20th. It is said that his car's windows were covered by black stickers that are banned by the government.

The Chennai police have reportedly registered a case and have fined Vijay as he is the owner of the car. The fine amount for the violation is said to be from rupees five hundred to thousand.

On the professional front Vijay's next movie 'Varisu' costarring Rashmika Mandanna is releasing on Pongal 2023. He will next start shooting for 'Thalapathy 67' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
