Thalapathy Vijay's 'Bigil' directed by Atlee and produced by AGS Entertainment is on a hectic post-production mode with the release date already locked as Diwali 2019 which falls on October 27th.  The film is poised to break all previous records judging by the huge business it is generating already almost a month and a half before the D date.

The Trincomalee Thalapathy Vijay fans have organised a special ladies show at the Nelson theatre in the Eastern Sri Lankan province.  Vijay's previous films 'Mersal' and 'Sarkar' also had such special shows in many territories in Tamil Nadu and Kerala and this is the first time its happening overseas for a Tamil film.

'Bigil' has the music score of A.R. Rahman and the lead pair Vijay and Nayanthara are supported by the interesting cast of Kathir, Indhuja, Jackie Shroff, Yogi Babu, Anandaraj, Daniel Balaji and Vivek.
