Thalapathy Vijay's 'Bigil' directed by Atlee and produced on a mammoth scale by AGS Entertainment has finished shooting and is on a hectic post-production mode. The film is going to be a grand Diwali treat for Vijay's mass fans and also the general audiences and is expected to break many records.

Diwali falls on October 27th which is actually a Sunday and reliable sources are suggesting that 'Bigil' will be released on Thursday the 24th of October itself which should have fans all the more excited to catch their idol's films four days earlier. The sources add that the official confirmation will be out soon on this one.

'Bigil' an A.R. Rahman musical sports epic has Vijay and Nayanthara playing the lead pair supported by Jackie Shroff, Kathir, Yogi Babu, Indhuja, Daniel Balaji, Anandaraj and Vivek.
