Who is the deadly masked villain in Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Beast’ ?

The trailer of Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Beast’ released on April 2nd has been breaking several records on YouTube and currently garnering 34 million views with 2.8 million likes.  Initially Selvaraghavan was said to be the main antagonist of the film but the trailer has revealed him as the government negotiator and could have a surprise baddie turn in the climax.

Meanwhile a hideous looking masked villain has caught the eye of viewers in the ‘Beast’ trailer and there is great curiosity as to who that is.  The cast of the film has Malayalam star Shine Tom Chacko as well as theater and film  artiste Ankur Ajit Vikal of ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ and ‘Mariyan’ fame.

There are reports that the masked villain is Shine Tom Chacko who is a notable hero in Malayalam cinema while the facial resemblance is pointing more towards Ankur Vikal.  We just have nine more days to go for April 13th when ‘Beast’ lands in theaters worldwide for all the mysteries and suspense to be unraveled.

‘Beast’ directed by Nelson Dilipkumar is produced on a grand scale by Sun Pictures with Anirudh scoring the music and Manoj Paramahamsa handling the camera.  Vijay, Pooja Hegde, Yogi Babu, Aparna Das and Selvaraghavan are the principal cast members.
