Thalapathy Vijay is currently busy shooting for the much-anticipated film of the year 'Beast' directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar of 'Kolamavu Kokila' and 'Doctor' fame. The film has an ensemble cast and the role played by one of the lead actors was revealed lately.

In spite of the 'No phone policy' inside the sets many videos and snapshots of Vijay shooting an important scene in the shopping mall set was released online and the fans were upset over the team's poor management of security. Through Thalapathy fans are happy to witness their idol few are found to be not happy with the spoilages.

Following this, the character played by Aparna Das, who is famous for her role in the Malayalam films 'Manoharam' and 'Priyan Ottathilanu', was revealed to be the sister of Thalapathy Vijay, according to reports.

Aparna Das is part of the current 'Beast' schedule that is happening in a film city in Chennai, and an important scene involving her and Vijay was shot during the schedule. Meanwhile, television presenter Sujatha babu is said to be playing Vijay's mother in the film.

A few weeks ago actor Sivakarthikeyan spilt a bean about the storyline of Beast. He said that the film will be based on Gold trafficking. Pooja Hegde plays opposite Vijay in the film, and it also has Shina Tom Chacko, Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, and several others in prominent roles. The film is produced by Sun Pictures while Anirudh scores the background music.
