Thalapathy Vijay's 'Bigil' that came as a grand Diwali treat for his fans has achieved blockbuster status in most territories and has become one of his highest-grossing films ever. The Telugu version titled 'Whistle' has also done tremendous business in that region and has made the distributors happy.

Mahesh S Koneru the famous Telugu producer who acquired the rights of 'Whistle' has shared a photograph of himself with Vijay and has shared "Happy to share this pic with our Thalapathy Vijay sir. He expressed his happiness for the way we handled 'Whistle' in the Telugu States.Bowled over by his politeness & humble nature ". And the best part ?? Fans of both Thalapathy Vijay and Junior NTR are posting a request on social media to directors like Atlee and others to plan a film with both the mass heroes predicting that it will become the biggest blockbuster in the history of South Indian cinema.
