Thalapathy Vijay's 67 film 'Leo' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and costarring Trisha is slated to release on October 19th. The mass hero has already began work on his next 'Thalapathy 68' and is in Los Angeles, USA and will be undergoing a 3D VFX scan for his dual roles in the film.

It is said that the screenplay of 'Thalapathy 68' will be lively from the beginning to the end and Venkat Prabhu has crafted very interesting mass scenes that will be a turning point in Vijay's film career. Meanwhile, it is reported that Vijay is going to play a father and son, with one being a RAW agent and the other an antagonist. It is said that there will be several confrontation moments between both.

The buzz in Kollywood is that Jyothika and Priyanka Mohan will play the female leads opposite the father and son Vijay's respectively. Jai and Aparna Das will also be pairing up in crucial roles while the stellar starcast includes R. Madhavan and Prabhu Deva as well. .

'Thalapathy 68' is produced by AGS Productions with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Siddhartha Nuni serving as the cinematographer. The shooting is expected to begin after the release of 'Leo' and the film will release in 2024.
