Thalapathy Vijay's star power is sure going from strength to strength and it is well known that his upcoming movie 'Leo' is one of the most awaited in pan Indian cinema. The Anirudh musical costarring Trisha Krishnan and Sanjay Dutt is releasing worldwide on October 19th.

Meanwhile Vijay has already started work on his next 'Thalapathy 68' for which he has completed 3D scanning in the USA. AGS Productions is bankrollling the mega project directed by Venkat Prabhu with Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring the music.So far there has only been an official announcement from the production house and shooting is expected to begin from October first week.

Thalapathy Vijay's market is at such an high that already two major business deals have been made without even a single shot being canned. Netflix has apparently grabbed the streaming rights for one of the highest ever prices for a Tamil film. Similarly T- Series has bought the audio rights for an unheard of price.

Regarding the casting of 'Thalapathy 68' Sneha Prasanna and Priyanka Mohan will play the female leads opposite the dual roles played by Vijay. Aamir Khan, Madhavan, Prashanth and Prabhu Deva are said to be in talks for major parallel lead characters.
