The internet is literally on fire ever since earlier today AGS Productions officially announced Vijay's next movie 'Thalapathy 68'. The film will be directed by Venkat Prabhu with music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and will go on floors in August this year and will release on a festive date in 2024.

Meanwhile unconfirmed sources say that VP has already chosen S.J. Suryah as one of the villains of 'Thalapathy 68'. It is said that the film will also have other big stars in negative roles and the selection process is underway. S.J. Suryah has previously collaborated with Vijay as a director in 'Kushi' and as an actor in 'Nanban', 'Mersal' and 'Varisu'.

It is also worth noting that SJ Surya recently played the chief antagonist's role in Venkat Prabhu's recent blockbuster hit film 'Maanaadu'. He is currently playing villainous characters in the upcoming films 'Mark Antony', 'Game Changer' and 'Jigarthanda 2' which will be releasing consecutively this year.
