Though there have been lots of unconfirmed reports around Kollywood's most anticipated project 'Thalapathy67', the second association of Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj after 'Master' is yet to be announced officially. Produced by Seven Screen Studio, the movie's muhurat puja was held earlier this month.

According to a report by the Times of India, the film will be a part of the Lokesh Kanagaraj cinematic universe. A source close to the team reveals, "The film will have a lot of exhilarating action sequences that will be on par with international standards. It will be a Tom Cruise-esque actioner, featuring multiple antagonists."

"The script is fast-paced, and it will be something new for both Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj fans. Major portions of the film will be shot in exotic locales across India, including Kashmir. The team might also travel abroad to shoot stunt sequences," the industry insider adds.

Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Nivin Pauly, action king Arjun and Gautham Vasudev Menon are said to be part of the cast. Anirudh will be composing the musical score for Thalapathy 67. However, we have to wait for an official confirmation regarding the details from the movie team. Stay tuned.
