Thalapathy Vijay's 'Beast' directed by Nelson and produced by Sun Pictures released worldwide on April 13th. In spite of mixed reviews the mass hero's charisma has ensured houseful shows with family audiences replacing fans in the second week.

Vijay, meanwhile has moved on to 'Thalapathy 66' directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju with music by Thaman. The cast includes Vijay, Rashmika Mandanna, Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj and Yogi Babu.

Meanwhile there are strong reports that 'Thalapathy 67' will be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj who gave the blockbuster hit 'Master' for Vijay. Now a strong buzz is gaining momentum in Kollywood circles that Vijay will be starring in a Hindi film which will be his 67th.

According to the buzz Atlee who gave three back to back money spinners for Vijay in the form of 'Theri', 'Mersal' and 'Bigil' has approached him to do an extended cameo role in his Hindi film.

Atlee's film is tentatively titled 'Lion' and stars Shah Rukh Khan in dual roles with Nayanthara and Priyamani as the female leads. It is said that there is an important character in the film and the ace commercial filmmaker is keen to have Thalapathy Vijay on board.

Soures say that since Vijay is close both to Atlee and SRK he is likely to give his nod depending on dates. If all goes well then Vijay's 67th film could well be 'Lion' though there is no official word on this yet. Also Read : Breaking!
