Thalapathy Vijay's current movie 'Varisu' is his first bilingual also made as 'Vaarasudu' in Telugu. The film is produced by top Tollywood producer Dil Raju and directed by Vamshi Paidipally with Rashmika Mandanna playing the female lead and Thaman scoring the music

It is already confirmed that Vijay will next act in 'Thalapathy 67' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Seven Screen Studios with Anirudh as music composer. Talks are reportedly on with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Samantha, Trisha and Keerthy Suresh to costar.

Now there is a hot buzz in Tollywood that Vijay is on the verge of signing his second Telugu film after 'Varisu'. According to the reports Mythri Movie Makers of 'Pushpa' fame has held talks with both Vijay and Atlee for a mega project and they will be signing on the dotted lines soon.

Earlier it was said that Vijay and Atlee will unite for 'Thalapathy 68' bankrolled by Sri Thenandal Studios. It is still not clear if this project has moved hands or if it's a new one. Stay tuned for the official word.
