The biggest trending upcoming movie on social media in recent times is undoubtedly Vijay's 'Thalapathy 67'. The film is set to be directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj who is fresh from delivering the all time record breaking blockbuster hit 'Vikram' starring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil.
So far it has been reported that 'Thalapathy 67' will be produced by Seven Screen Studios that co-produced Vijay-Lokesh Kanagaraj's super hit 'Master' with Anirudh also reuniting as music composer. While Gautham Vasudev Menon has confirmed that he has been approached to play a negative character unconfirmed reports suggest that Trisha, Samantha, Keerthy Suresh, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Mansoor Ali Khan and others could form the principal starcast.
Meanwhile talented actor Kalaiyarasan has shared on Twitter that he has been denied a chance to act in the prestigious project by his close buddy. He wrote "Met Machi @Dir_Lokesh after a long time …. As usual he said I am not part of his movie #Thalapathy67."
However Kalai added "#friendslove better things on the way ??????in his universe" suggesting that he could well be a part of the next massive projects of the maverick filmmaker. The pic that the 'Natchathiram Nagargirathu' star posted is proof of how close the duo are and is indicative that he will get a author backed role when the time is ripe.
