Thalapathy Vijay's 'Beast' directed by Nelson is all set to storm the box office on April 14th this year. The film with music by Anirudh and costarring Pooja Hegde is produced on a grand scale by Sun Pictures. Vijay, meanwhile is gearing up to shoot his next movie 'Thalapathy 66' from the auspicious Ugadhi day falling on April 2nd.

'Thalapathy 66' marks Vijay's foray into Telugu cinema and is produced by Dil Raju and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. We already carried reports that Thaman is the music director while Rashmika Mandanna is the lead heroine with Prakash Raj also playing an important character. There is also a strong buzz that popular Tollywood hero Nani is a part of the cast as well.

Now reports coming in from Tollywood suggest that Bollywood star Vivek Oberoi is likely to play the chief antagonist in 'Thalapathy 66'. The actor already locked horns with Ajith Kumar in 'Vivegam' and gained sensational mileage in the South thanks to Ajith fans.
