Thalapathy Vijay is all set to enter Telugu cinema with his next film following 'Beast'. The official announcement regarding his Tollywood debut 'Thalapathy 66' came on September 26th. The film's launch may take place on Aayudha Pooja.

Produced by Dil Raju, the bilingual project will be helmed by Vamshi Paidipally. Earlier today, Indiaglitz had informed you that the 'Thalapathy 66' team has approached Mahesh Babu's daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni for Vijay's daughter role.

Now, the latest update is that veteran actor Prakash Raj is reuniting with Vijay in Thalapathy 66. Vijay and Prakash Raj had acted together in films like Ghilli, Sivakasi, Pokkiri, and Villu. The famous 'Ghilli' duo will be sharing screen space after 12 years. Their last collaboration dates back to 2009.

Prakash Raj himself has confirmed that he is doing a movie with the star in a recent interview. The video is going viral among Vijay fans on social media. Unlike, their previous collaborations, Prakash is said to be playing a positive role in Thalapathy 66 according to the sources.
