Thalapathy Vijay recently proved his box office might once again by delivering the blockbuster hit 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and costarring Vijay Sethupathi. The film broke records in spite of only fifty percent occupancy in theaters due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Vijay has completed one schedule shooting in the USA for his next biggie 'Thalapathy 65' directed by Nelson Dilipkumar with music by Anirudh and produced by Sun Pictures on a grand scale. The film which has Pooja Hegde as the heroine will resume once the situation becomes normal.

We broke the news first to you that Vijay has given his nod for pan Indian movie directed by Vamshi Paidipally of 'Thozhan' fame and produced by top Tollywood producer Dil Raju. The film marks Vijay's first foray in Telugu cinema and it is said that a huge star cast and top technicians will be part of it from all over India.

The hot buzz in Tollywood is that Keerthy Suresh is in talks to star as the heroine of 'Thalapathy 66' or Thalapathy 67' whichever might be the case for the Vijay-Dil Raju-Vamshi project. if all goes well it would mark the third time that Vijay and Keerthy are pairing up after 'Bhairavaa' and 'Sarkar'.

The aspect that lends credence to this buzz is that Keerthy is the most sought-after leading lady in Telugu cinema currently after her Best Actress National Award for 'Mahanati'. She is currently starring as superstar Mahesh Babu's pair in 'Sarkaru Vaari Paatta' and is in talks for more projects with other big heroes there.
