We broke the news first to you that Thalapathy Vijay is joining hands with Tollywood director Vamshi Paidipally and producer Dil Raju for his 66th film. Vamshi is not new to Tamil cinema as he has already directed Karthi in 'Thozha' which also had Nagarjuna Akkineni and Tamannaah in the cast. Producer Dil Raju is one of the biggest in Telugu cinema and for 'Thalapathy 66' a bilingual in Telugu and Tamil he is said to have signed Vijay for the highest ever remuneration in the South Indian film industry.

Director Raju Murugan is on board 'Thalapathy 66' as the writer and Thaman is said to be scoring the music. The rest of the cast and crew details will be out soon. Stay tuned.

Meanwhile Vijay is busy with his new biggie 'Beast' directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures. The film has Pooja Hegde as the leading lady and Anirudh scoring the music.
