Since 'Thalapathy 66' is going to be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, the makers are eyeing to rope in Rashmika Mandanna as the pair for Vijay as she is a famous actress in both languages. The initial talks are on with the actress, and let's see whether she has reasons to accept the film.
