Thalapathy Vijay is currently busy with hectic shooting schedules of his new movie 'Beast' directed by Nelson and produced by Sun Pictures. Pooja Hegde is the leading lady and Anirudh is scoring the music for the thriller with a dark comedy touch.

It was recently officially announced that director Vamshi Paidipally will be directing Vijay's next 'Thalapathy 66' bankrolled by renowned Telugu producer Dil Raju. There have been reports at various times that Keerthy Suresh, Rashmika Mandanna and Kiara Advani are in talks to star as the female lead.

Now sources from Tollywood swear that Kiara Advani is almost confirmed to play the lead role in 'Thalapathy 66' and talks with her have reached the next level. It is worth mentioning that she is already starring in 'RC15' directed by Shankar and starring Ramcharan Teja and this will be her next biggie down South.

According to reliable sources Vijay's main costar in 'Thalapathy 66' is Mahesh Babu's daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni and Prakash Raj has also been roped in for a role. Official announcements are expected soon.
