Breaking! ‘Thalapathy 65’ First look release date officially announced with video

Thalapathy Vijay after delivering ‘Master’ the year’s biggest blockbuster in India moved on to his next ‘Thalapathy 65’ produced by Sun Pictures.  After completing a lengthy first schedule, in the US,  Vijay, director Nelson Dilipkumar, and the rest of the cast and crew returned to Chennai in the midst of the novel coronavirus pandemic’s second wave.

We already alerted you to expect big event next week on the event of Vijay’s birthday and Sun Pictures has just posted a video confirming that the first look of ‘Thalapathy 65’ will be unveiled on June 21st at 6pm.  It’s truly the most wonderful gift that Thalapathy fans can ask for for his 47th b’day.

Pooja Hegde makes her Tamil debut in ‘Thalapathy 65’. as Vijay’s heroine and the cast also includes Malayalam actress Aparna Das, Shine Tom Chacko, and Yogi Babu. Anirudh is scoring the music while Manoj Paramahamsa is handling the camera.  The shooting is expected to resume in late July or August after the government grants permission.
