Following the success of Bigil, Vijay is currently busy with the shoot of the untitled Thalapathy 64, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
96 fame Gouri Kishan, who has been roped in to play a role in Thalapathy 64, has opened up about her experience in the sets. The actress reportedly mentioned that she couldn’t contain her excitement when she met Lokesh, who narrated the script and her role in the movie, and explained how she would be perfect for the role. She also talked about Vijay’s humility, adding that she was surprised when he recognized her and praised her performance in 96, as she never expected an actor of his stature to acknowledge someone who is new in the industry.
While Malavika Mohanan has signed up to play the female lead, Vijay Sethupathi will be essaying the villain role. ‘Angamaly Diaries’ star Antony Varghese, Andrea, and Shanthanu Bhagyaraj are also playing significant roles in the film. Produced by Xavier Britto of XB Film Creators, Thalapathy 64 will have music composed by Anirudh.
