Thalapathy Vijay has completed shooting for his portions in the upcoming sports thriller 'Bigil' directed by Atlee in which Nayanthara plays the lead heroine. Important sequences are being canned inside a massive set of Chennai Egmore railway station constructed by production designer T. Muthuraj in the Prasad Lab premises.

It is a known fact that Vijay's next movie is 'Thalapathy 64' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj of 'Maanagaram' and 'Kaithi' fame. News has surfaced that the film will go on floors in August itself and initially scenes will be shot with the rest of the cast and Vijay would be joining in the first week of April. The buzz is that Bollywood bombshell Kiara Advani is in talks to play the female lead and the entire cast and crew list is expected to be out much sooner than expected.
