A fire has broken out in the Binny Mills compound in Chennai and the sets of 'Thalapathy 63' have been damaged. Fire engines from Guidny and Tambaram rushed to the spot to douse the fire and fortunately, since there were no shootings today there have been no deaths in the incident. Firemen fought for about one and a half hours to get things under control this afternoon.
The sets have been erected for the next schedule of shooting for the mega 'Thalapathy 63' and included houses, shops a bank and a church erected at a huge budget. It is said that an electric leakage could be the reason for the fire breakout.
There could be a minor delay in the start of 'Thalapathy 63' shooting now as the damaged portions of the sets have to be reworked. The film directed by Atlee and produced by AGS Entertainment has Vijay, Nayanthara, Yogi Babu, Vivek, Kathir, Indhuja and Jackie Shroff in the cast.
