Superstar Rajinikanth is hitting headlines constantly as his next film 'Jailer' is all set to release on August 10th. He has also completed work on his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth's 'Lal Salaam' and has moved on to his next 'Thalaivar 170' for which he already had a look test session.

The new look of Rajini with a slight beard and moustache is not the only talking point as its also buzzed that Amitabh Bachchan, Nani, Fahadh Faasil and Manju Warrier will be sharing screen space with Rajinikanth in 'Thalaivar 170' making it a pan Indian film. Now the other hot news is that director T.J. Gnanavel is keen to name the film 'Vettaiyan' but the title rights are with veteran director Vincent Selva. It is said that officials of the production house Lyca are in talks to procure the title and since its for Rajini there wont be any hassles.

It is worth mentioning that Vettaiyan is the famous negative shaded character that Rajinikanth played in 'Chandramukhi' his biggest blockbuster hit ever, adjusting to inflation. We will have to wait for the official confirmation on whether the team will go with this title or opt for another in the last minute.
