After delivering 'Jailer' the highest ever grosser in Tamil cinema history, Superstar Rajinikanth has now moved on to his next biggie 'Thalaivar 170'. The shooting begins on October fourth and Lyca Productions already officially announced Subaskaran, T.J. Gnanavel and Anirudh as the producer, director and music director of the film.

Earlier today it was announced that promising young actress Dushara Vijayan is on board. A few hours after that it was revealed that Ritika Singh is also playing a major character.

A little while earlier came the big news that Mollywood lady superstar Manju Warrier is playing the main female lead in 'Thalaivar 170'. Sources say she will be playing the wife of the maverick cop played by Rajini in the film. Ritika Singh will be portraying the role of a junior cop while Dushara is said to be playing Rajini and Manju's daughter.

The exciting male leads of 'Thalaivar 170' is likely to be announced tomorrow October 3rd. According to reports Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati and Fahadh Faasil are said to be costarring with Rajini in major roles. Stay tuned.
