After Ner Konda Paarvai, the official remake of 2016 hit Bollywood movie Pink, directed by H Vinoth and co-starring Shraddha Srinath, Vidya Balan, Arjun Chidambaram and Rangaraj Pandey, Thala Ajith has joined hands again with H Vinoth for his 60th movie Valimai.

Valimai is produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview productions LLP which produced Ner Konda Paarvai as well, and the team had began shooting last week in Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City and it was said that the team had shot action sequences involving Ajith.

Now the team is shooting in Rekha gardens, Chennai in a three day shoot plan. Valimai will have Ajith playing a police officer, and Yuvan Shankar Raja scores music for this movie which has cinematography by Nirav Shah. It has been rumoured that Yami Gautam might play the female lead in Valimai.
