Thala Ajith’s Valimai team drops a special poster for their villain’s birthday - Pic inside

Thala Ajith's upcoming biggie Valimai carries a lot of inception. It is the most expected film for fans of the star. Director Vinoth and the team wrapped up the entire shoot recently and the post-production works are progressing at a brisk phase. After a long wait, the makers treated the fans with the first look and single track.

While the other films are announcing the theatrical release date, Thala fans are confused with the speculations around the release dates of Valimai. They are waiting to hear an official word in this regard and also awaiting a second song or a teaser trailer. Reliable sources read that the teaser of the cop thriller might be released later this week.

Now, the latest is that the Valimai makers have revealed the first look still of the baddie Kartikeya. On September 21, Bayview Projects released a special poster of Kartikeya from Valimai marking the actor's birthday. Actor Kartikeya Gummakonda is primarily a Telugu star who gained an appreciation for his performances in 'RX100' and 'Gang Leader'.

In the poster, Karthikeya was seen sitting with booze in one hand and he was using an untraceable cell phone in his other hand. This spine-chilling villain is likely to be using technology and bikes for heinous crimes. Thala Ajith is said to be playing a cop who unravels the mystery. The much-awaited film is expected to have a grand theatrical release this Diwali.

A few days ago the BTS photos of the stunt sequence from Russia were released online and fans went crazy about it. 'Valimai' features Ajith, Huma Qureshi, Kartikeya, Yogi Babu, Sumithra, Raj Ayappa, and several others. Yuvan Shankar Raja scores music while Nirav Shah cranks the camera.
