Thala Ajith's 'Viswasam' has announced a Pongal 2019 release. The shooting and other production plans are going on a smooth flow under the aegis of the experienced and prestigious production house Sathya Jyothi Films. The film is being directed by Siva.

The film went on floors in a Village set erected at a studio in Hyderabad in the first week of May 2018. Earlier this month the first schedule was wrapped up.

Now Sathya Jyothi Films have announced on their official Twitter page that the second schedule commences from Today (June 30, 2018). Though the location is not mentioned, reports suggest that the second schedule will be shot in Rajmundhry of Andhra Pradesh. This will be a long schedule and the shooting of a predominant portion of the film will be completed in this schedule. After this the makers will apparently move to Mumbai for the next schedule.

'Viswasam' stars Nayanthara as the female lead while Thambi Ramaiah, Yogi Babu and others are part of the supporting cast. Recently veteran actors Vivekh and Kovai Sarala joined the star cast of this film. D.Imman is providing music score for this film.
